It is Lutheran School's week this week, so the big kids have been having fun!

Today- it was 65! We had to soak it up while we can- it is supposed to get cold again!

This morning: A little snow

It snowed, just a little, today.

When the boys saw it coming down, I couldn't keep them inside. 

I think it makes them thirsty.

"An Ice Frisbee!"

 We wandered over to the playground for a few minutes, too.

On the way home, we went ice "skating" on a frozen puddle. 

Marcus wanted to ice-wrestle, but his brothers did not.

Everywhere the boys saw untouched snow, they had to touch it.

Now our driveway is full of 

"Boy Tracks."

And finally, hot cocoa.

They were so excited for it, they didn't even complain about the princess cups.

I've finally figured out the best way to serve hot cocoa to them:
Make 1 serving, divide it by three, and add milk.

Warm cocoa. It goes down easier.

Yum- MY.

This morning

Technology time,

because it's a good way to keep these 2 happy while I get the others off to school:

I wonder if someday they will say, "Remember when we used to get up in the morning,

and it was cold, and we sat on the heat register,

and played angry birds?"

I doled out a good deal cough medicine,

and "forehead medicine" (ibuprofen) today,

but we all seem to be functional.  The two-nap day yesterday really helped, I think!
