Bounty!


Yesterday's bounty.
From my garden, all of this, just on this one day.

Time to learn how to can stuff.

  1. Canning is easy just time consuming. Let me know if you need help. I love to can and love to make salsa from my tomatoes. Laura

  2. You can also just freeze them! That's what I do! I blanch the tomatoes (stick in boiling water for about 3 min) and then the skins slide right off. I then put in ziploc bags and freeze!
